The Ordering Wizard and the User Code

All of GMA's games other than Pacman Talks use a four or five-digit User Code to tie your computer to the product key we generate for you. This ensures your name and product key will work only for the computers they are licensed for. You are allowed to install your software on up to two computers, and if you buy a new computer in the future, you can request a replacement product key. The User Codes are necessary when ordering through the web site or by phone, but they are handled automatically through the Ordering Wizard. User Codes are sometimes spoken when entering a game, or may be found in the "About" dialog, but it can always be found in one of the first few dialogs of the Ordering Wizard. Other than Pacman Talks, all other of GMA's games provide a built-in Ordering Wizard. The Ordering Wizards are gradually being converted so that it links with the internet making it a smooth, secure experience. These games can be identified by their five-digit User Code. For the games which have not been upgraded with the newest version of the Ordering Wizard, The Ordering Wizard will still encrypt your credit card number. The completed order is then stored in your Window's clipboard. You can now easily paste it into an new email message by pressing Control-V in the body of the email message, and then sending the message to sales@GMAGames.com.

When using the Ordering Wizard, and when entering the game, you will be given a four digit User Code. This is important to be included in your order. If you are using the Ordering Wizard, it will be included automatically. GMA will create and send a unique product key to unlock the full game, and this product key is partially base on the user code. This means that the product key will only work with the computer which generated the user code. If you use the game on a second computer, no problem, just run the Ordering Wizard and select the Key Replacement option, send the clipboard output to us, and we will generate the second key. We will supply up to two product keys for your own personal use.

When ordering the game without first installing the demo, once you have received and installed the game, a four digit user code will be spoken immediately after entering demo mode. E-mail or telephone us this number and we will promptly send you your product key to unlock the game. Another way to do it is to run the Ordering Wizard selecting the Replacement Key option, and then sending us the output.

If in the future you acquire a new computer, send us the Ordering Wizard output as described above to receive your free replacement key.
